Is Open just another online ordering provider?

No... Open is online ordering + mobile app + a marketing assistant + real-time customer support. It's what we think is required to actually grow your direct online sales.

Does Open provide me with a mobile app?

Yes, Open will build you a native mobile app for both iOS and Android.

How much will my sales grow?

This varies by restaurant to restaurant. We've seen some of our top performing restaurants double sales in their first three months.

How much does Open charge?

Open doesn't charge restaurants anything for the platform. We make money by charging a 5% service fee to the customer. Our incentives are 100% aligned with yours.

Will customers care about the service fee?

There are two important things to think about when it comes to service fees for customers: 1) what does my pricing look like relatively to ordering from a third-party? and 2) what's the customer's effective cost when factoring in loyalty? Many restaurants inflate prices on third-party marketplaces, and those marketplaces charge service fees on top of the inflated prices. Therefore, even with the 5% service fee, customers typically end up spending much less ordering direct. The second point is that if you offset the service fee with a 10% loyalty program, ordering direct ends up being a 5% net benefit to the customer.
